Chadwick Boseman would’ve been 44 years old on Nov. 29. To honor his birthday, Marvel Studios revised their infamous opening graphic to show various photos and clips of Boseman embedded in the large “Marvel Studios” letters. The clips included behind-the-scenes footage and Boseman as Black Panther.
The actor tragically passed away after a battle with colon cancer in August. Bob Iger, Disney CEO, announced the release of the tribute on Twitter.
“To all fans of #BlackPanther: Watch the film on #DisneyPlus late tonight, for a special tribute to someone that was and will always be near and dear to our hearts.”
