Kelly Rowland Brings Special Meaning To The Word ‘COFFEE’ In New Self-Love Music Visual

Kelly Rowland serves sexy, queen vibes in the new visual for her steamy single “COFFEE”. The music video premiered Thursday night on YouTube.

Directed by Steven Gomillion, “COFFEE” shows a very lean and trim Rowland posing gracefully by the waters of a dreamy beach. She is accompanied by women of all shades of black wearing nude and white bikinis as they perform a pose and bop while standing in the calm waters.

The visual is made complete by a beautiful landscape of cloudy and clear skies, almost a symbolic message of duality that says whether it’s sunny or grey (we gon’ ball and parlay), love all that you are because there’s only one of you.

Rowland wanted the visual to be a celebration of self-love.

“To me, COFFEE is about embracing your individuality, sexuality, or imperfections. Not comparing yourself to others. We need to celebrate ourselves more often — with this song, I want you to have yourself in mind. I want to remind women all over to reignite their magic!”

Mission accomplished. Watch the music visual below:
