Ex Machina director Alex Garland makes his mark on year 2022 with the insert of sci-fi horror Men.
Written and directed by Garland, Men follows Harper, played by Academy Award nominated actress Jessie Buckley, as she attempts to cope with the death of her former husband by going on a vacation — a horrific vacation that finds her suffering in her own mental turmoil.
The dark feature starring Rory Kinnear, Paapa Essiedu, and Gayle Rankin, comes from A24 and is the third feature film that Garland has directed in his career.
Producers include Cahal Bannon, Andrew Macdonald, and Allon Reich.
