Director Deon Taylor’s Spellbinding Thriller ‘Fatale,’ Starring Michael Ealy And Hillary Swank, Set For Theatrical Release In December

After much anticipation, the Lionsgate and Hidden Empire Film Group’s spellbinding psycho-romantic thriller Fatale has received a new trailer and release date.

Director Deon Taylor reunites with scribe David Loughery and actor Michael Ealy, who both worked with Taylor on the successful 2019 film The Intruder. The high-octane trio returns for Fatale, a story filled with twists and turns as it follows Derrick, a married man who is being psychologically manipulated by a vindictive female police detective he had an affair with during a chance encounter in Las Vegas.

Other stellar cast members include Academy Award winner Hilary Swank (Million Dollar Baby), Mike Colter (Black And Blue), Kali Hawk (The Perfect Match), Damaris Lewis (BlacKkKlansman), Geoffrey Owens (The Haves And The Have Nots), and Tyrin Turner (Dutch).

Taylor and Swank are also producers of the film, alongside Hidden Empire’s Roxanne Avent Taylor.

Originally slated for a summer theatrical release, the film has been moved around on the release calendar to accommodate COVID-19 orders. Movie goers can now expect Fatale to premiere on the silver screen on Dec. 18, a perfect send off for a crazy year!
