Billboard Auctioning First-Ever NFT Magazine Covers Featuring Mariah Carey, Madonna, And Christina Aguilera

Billboard has teamed up with World of Women to deliver their first NFT magazine covers, and it will feature all women. Both, Mariah Carey and Madonna will be presented in the image of NFT art created by designer Yam Karkai.

Christina Aguilera was the first to nab a NFT Billboard cover to commemorate the Women In Music event recently held by the music company in Los Angeles on March 2, where Doja Cat, Saweetie, H.E.R., Summer Walker, and Olivia Rodrigo received awards. The awards were intercepted by performances from the artists.

The NFTs are currently being auctioned on the regulated cryptocurrency exchange FTX US NFT Marketplace via the Ethereum blockchain. Proceeds from the sales will be distributed to each celebrity’s chosen non-profit foundation, such as Mariah Carey’s Camp Mariah with Fresh Air Fund, Madonna’s City of Joy, and Christina Aguilera’s National Coalition Against Domestic Violence.

The auction ends March 10. Winners of the World of Women NFT auction will be rewarded an all-expense paid trip to the Women in Music conference in 2023.
