‘The Batman’ Trailer Teases Chemistry Between Robert Pattinson And Zoë Kravitz, While Colin Farrell Causes Ruckus As The Penguin

Matt Reeves’ DC Comics pic The Batman made a spectacular splash this week with the release of the new trailer showcasing Twilight actor Robert Pattinson as the Gotham City hero.

Pattinson plays the dual role of reclusive billionaire Bruce Wayne and Batman, following in the footsteps of past leading men that have put on the bat suit, including Ben Affleck, George Clooney, Michael Keaton, and Christian Bale.

The action-packed trailer features a star-studded bill consisting of Zoë Kravitz as Selina Kyle, also known as Catwoman, Colin Farrell as Oswald Cobblepot, better known as the Penguin, and Paul Dano as Edward Nashton or the Riddler.

Capturing all the beautiful shots is Oscar-nominated director of photography Greig Fraser, who just completed the highly visible sci-fi film Dune. Michael Giacchino, most known for his work on Star Wars and Jurassic World, provides the masterfully curated music score.

The Warner Bros. film will open in theaters on March 4, 2022.
