Shondaland’s ‘Bridgerton’ Teases Upcoming Season And Brings Real-Life Ball To L.A., Chicago, And Washington DC

Netflix fan favorite Bridgerton made its undeniable footprint on the forthcoming content releasing from the streaming platform. An official teaser of season 2 was released midweek giving viewers a sneak peak of what to expect from the Chris Van Dusen creation. The Shondaland production was sorely missing last season’s TV darling Regé-Jean Page, the colorful fast-paced clip did focus on a new love story alongside a narration from the frothy Lady Whistledown.

Speaking of Bridgerton, a perfectly timed touring ball with the Regency-era theme has made its way to Los Angeles. The Queen’s Ball: A Bridgerton Experience is an immersive reenactment of the exquisite balls shown within the series.

Set in Mayfair, London, early 1800s, actors dressed in period costumes will greet “members of the Ton” as they fill the ballroom. A masquerade of sorts, the night will be occupied with live entertainment from a string quartet strumming the songs of the Bridgerton soundtrack. As the onlookers sip on their cocktails, they will have access to a dance show and acrobatic performances.

The ball starts at $49 with RSVPs available Tuesdays through Sundays. The event will be held at the Millennium Biltmore Hotel Los Angeles, beginning in March. Currently, tickets are also on sale for Chicago and Washington D.C. locations.

Season 2 of Bridgerton will premiere March 25, 2022 on Netflix.
