Rapper Kendrick Lamar just made history with his first studio album good kid, m.A.A.d city, which went certified triple platinum.
According to Billboard, the album is now the longest charting Hip-Hop album in history, even surpassing Eminem’s 2002 The Eminem Show, which was certified diamond.

The Compton native recently dropped a $9.73M bag on a new Manhattan Beach mansion. Information online shows that the house has three stories, containing four bedrooms and seven full bathrooms. The property spreads across 5,350 square feet.
The home purchase comes at a great time for K. Dot who welcomed his first child, a baby girl, with fiancée Whitney Alford on July 26.
