Hip Hop Director Dale Resteghini Releases Trailer For Reverse Slavery Series ‘Cracka’

Hip hop director Dale ‘Rage’ Resteghini has released the trailer to his very shocking slavery reversal film Cracka. Resteghini, who has directed Teyana Taylor, Diddy, Keke Palmer and Guns N’ Roses, poses a very nuanced question in the trailer, “What would white people do if they were slaves?”

The series follows a present-day white supremacist who is mysteriously thrust back to an alternate past where African Americans rule the land and whites are enslaved.

In the trailer, clips show different atrocities of slavery being enforced on white people, such as physical abuse, rape, human trafficking and lynching.

Cracka stars Lorenzo Antonucci, Saigon, Hakeen Kae-Kazim, James Darnell and Kathryn Kates. Produced by Joyce Washington, the series will be available on Amazon Prime, iTunes and Google Play.
