Admission Details For Kobe And Gigi Bryant’s Memorial To Be Released

Information will be released on Friday on how to obtain admission to Kobe and Gigi Bryant’s memorial service to be held at the Staples Center in Los Angeles on Feb. 24, according to TMZ.

A private ceremony took place last Friday in Orange County near where the Bryants resided.

Many tickets will be reserved for VIP guests that include the family, friends and members of the NBA. The remaining tickets will be available for purchase to the general public.

The revenue from ticket sales will go toward a charity, which has not been named at this time. For those who cannot obtain tickets, the memorial service will be broadcast on several networks, similar to the memorials of Nipsey Hussle and Michael Jackson.

The memorial service is expected to be packed to capacity. Downtown Los Angeles will close down the area surrounding the Staples Center during the memorial.

Since the passing of Kobe and Gigi, Vanessa Bryant has publicly expressed her pain on Instagram.

“I’ve been reluctant to put my feelings into words.,” she posted. “My brain refuses to accept that both Kobe and Gigi are gone. I can’t process both at the same time. It’s like I’m trying to process Kobe being gone but my body refuses to accept my Gigi will never come back to me. It feels wrong. Why should I be able to wake up another day when my baby girl isn’t being able to have that opportunity?! I’m so mad. She had so much life to live.”

She continued, “Then I realize I need to be strong and be here for my 3 daughters. Mad I’m not with Kobe and Gigi but thankful I’m here with Natalia, Bianka and Capri. I know what I’m feeling is normal. It’s part of the grieving process. I just wanted to share in case there’s anyone out there that’s experienced a loss like this.”

Vanessa Bryant recently changed the name of Mamba Sports Foundation to Mamba & Mambacita Sports Foundation to honor her 13-year-old daughter Gianna.
