The 12-year-old kid that went viral for his riveting a capella song addressing the death of George Floyd and so many other black people killed by police has signed with Warner Records.

Warner Records made the announcement on Juneteenth, while simultaneously releasing a studio version of “I Just Wanna Live”. The studio version is produced by Dem Jointz.

Garnering more than 3 million views, Keedron Bryant emotionally pleads to the world in the video singing, “I just wanna live, God protect me. I’m a young black man, doing all that I can to stand, oh, but when I look around and I see what’s being done to my kind everyday.” The song was penned by his mother Johnetta Bryant.

The Bryants’ heartfelt song would be shared among protestors and the likes of former President Barack Obama and Los Angeles Lakers player LeBron James.

All proceeds for the single will be donated to the NAACP Foundation in an effort to inspire change, according to Warner Records.
