Sexual Assault Accuser Collects The Game’s Label LA Prolific And ‘Born 2 Rap’ Royalties To Fulfill $7.13 Million Judgement

When the roosters come home to roost, it ain’t sweet.

Reality show participant Priscilla Rainey is recouping $7 million from The Game as part of a court-ordered judgement. As a result, she has seized the rapper’s record label LA Prolific and royalties from his ninth and what is supposed to be his final album Born 2 Rap.

Rainy, who Game said would never see a dime, has access to any revenue-curating properties that the rapper may possess in order to fulfill the judgement.

Judge Virginia A. Phillips ordered, “All third parties who receive notice of this Order are directed to pay any and all money or property due, or to become due, under this Order, directly to Plaintiff… until and to the extent necessary to pay the Judgement in full.”

The order continues, “Any and all rights, title, and interest of Defendant in any money, property, or payments due to Defendant from LA Prolific, in the form of, among other things, commission, royalties, contract receivables, deferred compensation, income, wages, payroll, salary, and accounts receivable. Failure by Defendant to comply with this Order may subject him to contempt of Court proceedings…”

Interestingly enough, Wack 100, manager to Game, claimed in an Instagram post that he had all the rights to royalties for Born 2 Rap.

“Last time I checked #Wack100 owned all royalties to born to Rap,” Wack 100 posted. “And I don’t owe the bitch a dime…as of right now Today it’ll be right here in my little ole portfolio.”

Rainey won the judgement over four years ago after she took Game, born Jayceon Terrell Taylor, to court alleging that she was sexually assaulted by him while taping VH1’s dating reality series She’s Got Game.

She would win the case by default when Game skipped out on the trial for an alleged dentist appointment, which resulted in Rainey securing an order of $7.13 million in damages.

However, Game denied the allegations and refused to pay her, chalking the situation up to extortion. Rainey filed a motion that would enable her to recoup the damages via any of the rapper’s revenue streams. Now she apparently has the rights to his royalties.

If Game didn’t actually do the crime (by the way, if he did why is he not serving time?) then this has got to be a very horrible experience for him and will probably have him scarred for life.

On the other hand, if he did do something, let this be a lesson to other men that this generation of women are not to be played with and it’s only a matter of time before you will be losing your family, income, freedom or reputation for not practicing discipline and self-respect.

To make it even worse, Rainey has no issue with bragging about her court victory on social media….
